Black Petals Flowers makes every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know. Black Petals Flowers is will not cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en-route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – Your purchase is final and non-refundable. Subject to the other Term and Conditions, no product or service may be returned.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

The below mentioned terms of the shipping and delivery are qualified by the Shipping Disclaimer, which forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

Same Day Delivery-

Order before 1 AM for delivery to Dubai.
Midnight Delivery- Order before 10 PM for mid-night delivery at 11:00 PM- 12:00 AM. This is service is only available for Dubai.
Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

Black Petals Flowers does not guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout or select time range during checkout. Black Petals Flowers will endeavor to accommodate your preferences.

• Normal Delivery charges will be 10 AED 
• Quick Delivery charges will be 30 AED ( you will get delivery within hour )
